Terms of Service
Effective 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Flux, a product of GoClouded, Mumbai, India. By creating an account you agree to them.
Beta service
Flux is in open beta. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties or uptime commitments.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite to your workspace. You must have the authority to install the Flux agent on any server you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flux to monitor systems you do not own or operate, to break the law, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.
Your data
You own the data your servers send to Flux. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Automated actions
Flux can run deployments and other actions on your servers when you enable or request them. You are responsible for reviewing what you enable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoClouded is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including downtime or data loss, arising from use of the beta service.
Termination
You may stop using Flux at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
