Privacy Policy

Flux is a product of GoClouded, Mumbai, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Flux at flux.goclouded.in and how we use it. Contact: business@goclouded.in
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash), and your workspace and team membership.
- Infrastructure data: when you install the Flux agent, it sends us server health metrics, detected service names and short excerpts of log lines around detected errors.
- Usage data: sign-in times, actions taken in the app and an audit log of security-relevant actions.
How we use it
To detect incidents, create tickets, produce root cause analysis, run deployments you request, notify your team, secure the service and provide support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Log data and secrets
Log excerpts are scanned for secrets such as tokens, keys and passwords, and matches are masked before they are stored or analysed.
AI analysis
Masked log excerpts and ticket context are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate analysis. If you run a deep analysis on a ticket and connect a code repository to it, the source files the analysis reads from that repository are sent as well. We send only what is needed for the ticket in question.
Emails we send
Flux sends only transactional and service emails: account verification, password resets, team invitations, ticket updates, incident and downtime alerts, and deployment notifications for your own workspace. We do not send marketing email and we never sell or share email addresses.
You receive these emails only if you created a Flux account or were invited to a workspace by one of its admins. Workspace admins choose in Settings which incident priorities are emailed (P1 only, P2 and above, or everything) and can turn alert email off. You can also write to business@goclouded.in to stop them.
Addresses that hard-bounce or report our email as spam are suppressed and are not emailed again.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, with data stored in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and an AI model provider for analysis as described above. They process data only on our instructions.
Cookies
We use two essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a security cookie that protects your actions in the app from cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your workspace is active. You can ask us to delete your account or workspace at business@goclouded.in and we will do so within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or raise a concern, by writing to business@goclouded.in.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
